Kayleigh Anderson is a corporate associate based in the London office. She is a member of the firm’s Antitrust Group.
Ms. Anderson’s practice focuses on EU and UK competition law and regulation, as well as foreign direct investment regimes. Ms. Anderson has experience in obtaining clearance for complex merger investigations before the European Commission and UK competition authorities, as well as coordinating merger approvals across multiple jurisdictions worldwide. She also has experience advising clients on behavioural matters, including investigations of alleged abuses of dominance and the EU state aid rules.
Ms. Anderson joined Debevoise as a trainee solicitor in 2018. She graduated with first class honours from Gonville & Caius College, University of Cambridge in 2016 with a B.A. (Hons). She then went on to study the LPC at BPP University, London.
Ms. Anderson was admitted as a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England & Wales in 2020.
