Kate Kapych is a counsel based in the New York office and a member of the firm’s Investment Management Group. Her practice focuses on advising alternative asset managers in connection with the structure and terms of equity syndications, including the formation, structuring and ongoing operation of U.S. and offshore private funds.

Ms. Kapych joined the firm in 2019. Ms. Kapych received her J.D. from Cornell Law School in 2008 and her B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley in 2004.
