Kaéla Edwards is a corporate associate and a member of the Financial Institutions Group.

Ms. Edwards joined Debevoise in 2023. She received her J.D. magna cum laude and Order of the Coif from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2023. Ms. Edwards served as a comments editor on the Seton Hall Law Review, a student advocate in the FINRA Investor Advocacy Program, and the president of the Black Law Students Association. Upon graduation, she received the Mary Franzese Humanitarian Achievement Award presented to the graduating student who has demonstrated public leadership, community, service, integrity, and vision throughout their law school career.

Ms. Edwards received a B.S. from Albright College in 2017 and an M.P.H from Thomas Jefferson University College of Population Health in 2019.
