Kaitlyn E. McGill is an associate in the Litigation Department.

Ms. McGill joined Debevoise in 2023. Ms. McGill received her J.D. magna cum laude from Seton Hall University School of Law, where she was inducted to the Order of the Coif. Ms. McGill served as the business & publication editor of the Seton Hall Law Review, and an events committee member of the Health Law Forum. She received her B.S. from the University of Delaware in 2020.

Ms. McGill is the author of "Invisible String: A Comparison of States’ Abortion and Infertility Coverage Laws Shows Limiting Bodily Autonomy Is the Common Thread Tying Seemingly Opposite Policies Together", 53 SETON HALL L. REV. 1707 (2023).
