Joshua Plastrik is an associate in the Litigation Department.

Mr. Plastrik joined Debevoise in 2023. Mr. Plastrik received his J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2023, where he was a James Kent Scholar, Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, and notes editor of the Columbia Journal of Transnational Law. He received a B.A. from Reed College in 2019.

Mr. Plastrik is the author of "Who Bears the Burden: Assessing the Likelihood of Foreign Recognition of a U.S. Class Action Judgment." 61 Columbia Journal of Transnational Law 171 (2023).
