John Missing, a retired partner, was a litigation partner in the firm’s London office whose practice focused on internal investigations that often involved international venues, as well as on cross-border disputes. Mr. Missing also had very substantial experience in sovereign debt litigation and counseling as well as in defending securities class actions and SEC enforcement matters. Mr. Missing was recommended in The Legal 500 UK for commercial litigation.

Mr. Missing received his J.D. from Cornell Law School and his A.B. from Cornell University.
