Jay E. Evans is an associate in the Tax Department.
Mr. Evans joined Debevoise in 2019. He received a J.D. magna cum laude from the New York University School of Law in 2019, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif and senior quorum editor of the Journal of Legislation and Public Policy. He was awarded the Harry J. Rudick Memorial Award for excellence in taxation. He received a B.A. magna cum laude from Washington University in St. Louis in 2013, and he received an M.A. from the University of Chicago Divinity School in 2015.
