Jason Zhang is a corporate associate and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group.
Mr. Zhang joined Debevoise in 2024. Before joining the firm, Mr. Zhang was a corporate associate at another leading law firm in New York. Mr. Zhang received his J.D. magna cum laude from Fordham University School of Law in 2018, where he was a Mary Daly Scholar, a member of the Fordham Law Review and elected to the Order of the Coif. He received his B.A. from Johns Hopkins University in 2014.
