Jason P. Auman is a corporate associate and a member of the Capital Markets Group.

Mr. Auman joined Debevoise in 2019. Mr. Auman received his J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2019, where he was a James Kent Scholar and a submissions editor of the Columbia Business Law Review. He received a Certificate in Global Business Law & Governance in 2019 from Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, Sciences Po, and Columbia Law School. He received a B.S. summa cum laude from Yeshiva University’s Sy Syms School of Business in 2015 and graduated as the Valedictorian of his class.
