Huiyu Yin is a corporate associate and a member of the Investment Management Group. Her practice focuses on advising sponsors of private investment funds, including credit and infrastructure funds. Ms. Yin's recent experience includes acting for clients such as Crescent Capital Group and KKR.

Ms. Yin joined Debevoise in 2019. She received a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center cum laude in 2016. She received her LL.B. from the University of International Business and Economics in 2012. She is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
