Heidi Case is a corporate associate and a member of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group.
Ms. Case joined Debevoise in 2023. Ms. Case received a J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law in 2018, where she was an editor of the California Law Review. She received a B.A. magna cum laude from the University of Southern California in 2013.
