Harry Just is a German and U.S. (New York) qualified attorney and member of Debevoise & Plimpton’s Investment Management Group. He is advising American and other international sponsors of private funds (including buyout, private debt and infrastructure funds) on fund formation, co-investments and other ongoing operational matters.

Mr. Just is also a member of the firm’s EU Funds Regulatory Team and is advising clients on sustainability and ESG-related regulations and strategies.

Before joining Debevoise in 2018 (initially at Debevoise’s headquarters in New York City), Mr. Just worked as a senior mutual funds attorney for an international law firm in Luxembourg and Hong Kong.

He is admitted to practice law in New York and Germany and speaks fluent German, French and English.
