Grace Li is a corporate associate and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group.

Ms. Li joined Debevoise in 2023. Ms. Li received a J.D. from New York University School of Law in 2023, where she was a senior articles editor of the Journal of Law and Business. Ms. Li received a B.S. from Duke University in 2017.
