Gabriel Silva is an associate in the Litigation Department.

Mr. Silva joined Debevoise in 2019. From 2014 to 2018, he was an associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice at Lefosse Advogados in São Paulo. Mr. Silva received his LL.M. and a Wharton Business and Law Certificate from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2019. He received his postgraduate degree in business law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas in 2016, and his LL.B. from the University of São Paulo Law School in 2013, where he was awarded a scholarship to attend the International Commercial Law Exchange Program at the Erasmus University of Rotterdam in the Netherlands.

Mr. Silva is admitted to the New York State Bar and the Brazilian Bar Association. He is fluent in Portuguese and English and has reading proficiency in Spanish.
