Fanny Gauthier is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department, based in the Paris office.

Ms. Gauthier is a member of the firm’s International Dispute Resolution Group, as well as the firm’s Data Strategy & Security practice. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, international arbitration and data protection.

Ms. Gauthier regularly represents clients in disputes concerning a range of sectors, including the financial services, energy, legal and chemical industries.

Prior to joining the firm as an associate in 2015, Ms. Gauthier trained as an intern in a Paris-based boutique firm specializing in arbitration and in the London office of a leading international law firm. She also interned with the Presidency of the French Supreme Court for civil and commercial matters and in the financial law team of the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations, a major public investment group.

Ms. Gauthier received an LL.M. in international business law from King’s College London in 2013, graduating cum laude. A graduate from Sciences Po Paris (2011), she also holds a master’s in private international law from the University Paris II Panthéon-Assas (2012).

Ms. Gauthier is admitted to the Paris Bar. Her native language is French and she is fluent in English and proficient in Spanish.
