Eric Olmesdahl is an associate in Debevoise’s London office and a member of the firm’s Investment Management Group. His practice focuses on advising institutional and independent sponsors of private equity, real estate, infrastructure, venture capital and credit funds, as well as funds of funds, in a broad range of matters, including structuring for insurance companies to meet requirements under Solvency II and Investment Ordinance and Investment Act-related issues.

In addition, Mr. Olmesdahl has experience advising fund investors, especially regulated institutional investors, regarding regulatory aspects of fund investments.

Mr. Olmesdahl graduated from Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-University in Bonn (First State Examination) and was admitted to the German Bar in 2013. He is a member of the Frankfurt Bar Association.
