Emily Espinel is a corporate associate and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group. 

Ms. Espinel joined Debevoise in 2023. Ms. Espinel received a J.D. from New York University School of Law in 2023, where she was a Jacobson Scholar in Law & Business and an articles editor of the Annual Survey of American Law. Ms. Espinel received a B.A. with honors from the University of Chicago in 2017.
