Elliott Werner is a corporate law clerk and a member of the Financial Institutions Group.

Mr. Werner joined Debevoise in 2023. Mr. Werner received his J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2023, where he was a James Kent and a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, a recipient of the Parker School Certificate for Achievement in International and Comparative Law, and a staff member of the Columbia Business Law Review. He received a B.A. summa cum laude from Yeshiva University in 2019.

Mr. Werner is proficient in Russian and Hebrew.
