Devon Donohue is a corporate law clerk and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group.

Mr. Donohue joined Debevoise in 2022. Mr. Donohue received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School in 2022, where he was an extern at the Securities and Exchange Commission’s Philadelphia Regional Office. He received a B.A. summa cum laude from Purchase College in 2019.
