Deandra Denton is a corporate associate and a member of the Investment Management Group. 

Ms. Denton joined Debevoise in 2023. She received her J.D. from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where she served as an articles editor of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel Law Journal. There, she was awarded the Gina Maria Escarce Memorial Award and a recipient of the CALI Award in Securities Regulation. During law school, Ms. Denton was a Student Honors Intern at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and interned at the Office of the New York State Attorney General. She received a B.A. magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Hofstra University in 2020.
