David N. Simpser is an associate in the Tax Department.

Mr. Simpser received an LL.M. in Taxation in 2024 and a J.D. in 2021 from New York University School of Law, where he was a Faye Albert Absher Scholar and a staff editor of the Tax Law Review. He received a B.S., summa cum laude, with distinction as the top student in his major, from Yeshiva University in 2018.
