David Innes is of counsel in the firm’s London office. His practice has covered a full range of UK and cross-border private equity and M&A transactional work.
Mr. Innes has represented clients in some of the most prominent transactions in recent years. He has been singled out for his “approachable, professional and appropriately pragmatic” approach and is ranked as a leading individual for Private Equity: Buyouts in Chambers UK (2021), with the guide previously noting him as “a voice of reason” in M&A transactions. He is also noted for his experience in Private Equity Transactions in The Legal 500 UK (2024).
