Daniel N. Cohen is an associate in the Litigation Department. Mr. Cohen joined Debevoise in 2023.

Mr. Cohen received his J.D. from New York University School of Law, where he was a staff editor of the Journal of Law & Liberty, served as president of NYU’s Trial Advocacy Society Mock Trial Team, and received the Walter J. Derenberg Intellectual Property Law Award. While in law school, Mr. Cohen served as a judicial extern for the Hon. Raymond J. Dearie of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York. Mr. Cohen received a B.A. cum laude from Washington University in St. Louis in 2020.

Mr. Cohen is Chair of the Young Lawyers Action Group in the American Bar Association’s Intellectual Property Law Section. He is a member of the Bar of New York and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
