Chloé Sweeney-Rowan is a law clerk in the Litigation Department. 

Ms. Sweeney-Rowan joined Debevoise in 2024. She received a J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School in 2024, where she served as an executive editor of the Harvard International Law Journal. Ms. Sweeney-Rowan received a B.A. summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from The University of Pennsylvania in 2021, where she received the Robert Holtz Memorial Prize awarded to the most outstanding graduating senior in Political Science. Concurrently with her B.A., she also earned a graduate certificate in Global Human Rights.
