Caitlin Gibson is a counsel in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group, where she is responsible for overseeing Group-wide knowledge management and thought leadership initiatives that help its 100-plus lawyers operate effectively and efficiently on behalf of its clients.

In this role, Ms. Gibson develops and organizes internal and external knowledge management resources including case law developments, deal summaries, model documents and precedent databases that facilitate the sharing of market knowledge, legal developments and deal terms across the Group. Ms. Gibson received her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 2008 and her B.A. from James Madison University in 2005.
