Brennan Corriston is a law clerk in the Litigation Department.

Mr. Corriston joined Debevoise in 2024. He received his J.D. magna cum laude from Fordham University School of Law in 2024, where he was a Ruth Whitehead Whaley Scholar, a member of the Fordham Law Review and a competitor and coach for the Fordham Law Moot Court Board. He received his B.A. and M.A. from Tufts University in 2017 and 2018, respectively.

Mr. Corriston is the author of “Collar Correction for Lenity: Modifying the Rule of Lenity to Promote More Equitable Application to White-Collar and Blue-Collar Defendants,” 92 Fordham L. Rev. Online 81 (2024).
