Benjamin Oh is a corporate law clerk and a member of the Financial Institutions and Insurance Groups.Mr. Oh joined Debevoise in 2024. He received his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a James Kent Scholar, Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, and was awarded the Parker Certificate of Achievement in International and Comparative Law. He holds an LL.B. with First Class Honours from the London School of Economics, where he won the Charltons Prize, the Routledge Law Prize, the Hogan Lovells Prize, the Dechert Prize, and was on the Dean’s List for Corporate Insolvency.Prior to joining, Mr. Oh has had some finance experience, and remains an active alumnus of Global Platinum Securities. He also speaks fluent Mandarin and Cantonese.
