Benjamin Mishkin is a corporate law clerk and a member of the firm’s Restructuring Group.

Mr. Mishkin joined Debevoise in 2024. He received his J.D. from Stanford Law School in 2024 where he was an articles editor of the Stanford Law Review. He also earned Gerald Gunther Prizes for Outstanding Performance in Securities Regulation and Health Law: Finance and Insurance. He received an M.A. in 2020 and a Bachelor of Science of Foreign Service cum laude in 2013 from Georgetown University.
