Ashley Yoon is an associate in the firm’s Capital Markets Group. Her practice focuses on representing issuers, private equity firms, portfolios, and underwriters in public and private offerings of debt and equity securities. Ms. Yoon also advises public and private companies on securities laws, disclosure, corporate governance and general corporate matters.

Ms. Yoon joined the firm in 2022. She graduated from University of Chicago Law School in 2015 after obtaining her undergraduate degree at Yonsei University in 2010.
