Andrew G. Jamieson is a corporate partner in the firm’s Financial Institutions and Insurance Groups. His practice focuses on advising private equity firms and corporate clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions, reinsurance transactions and other complex transactions in the insurance industry.

Mr. Jamieson joined Debevoise in 2011. Mr. Jamieson received a J.D. from New York University School of Law cum laude in 2011.
