Amy Thomas Ross is a corporate associate and a member of the firm’s Investment Management Group. Her practice focuses on advising sponsors of private equity funds, co-investment vehicles and separately managed accounts, covering numerous sectors and strategies including buyout, secondaries, fund of funds and growth equity. Ms. Ross’ recent experience includes acting for clients such as Ara Partners, HarbourVest Partners, Providence Equity Partners and PSG.

Ms. Ross joined Debevoise in 2020. She received a J.D. from New York University Law School in 2001. She received a B.A. from James Madison University in 1998.
