Alice Sidai Zheng is a corporate law clerk and a member of the Intellectual Property and Technology Transactions Group. 

Ms. Zheng joined Debevoise in 2024. Ms. Zheng received a J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2024, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and the executive managing editor of the Columbia Journal of Law and the Arts. She received her B.A. from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2020.
