Adrian St. Francis is a corporate associate and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group.

Mr. St. Francis joined Debevoise in 2018, and worked for several years as a litigation associate before joining the M&A practice. He received a J.D. from New York University School of Law in 2018. While at NYU, Mr. St. Francis competed in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition and received the Leonard J. Schreier Memorial Prize for academic excellence in ethics. He received a B.A. summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Macalester College in 2013.
