Adam Silverwood is a corporate associate and a member of the Finance Group.

Mr. Silverwood joined Debevoise in 2021. He received an LLB and a Bachelor of Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the Australian National University in 2019, where he was a New Colombo Plan Scholar and senior student editor with the Federal Law Review.  From 2020 to 2021, he practiced as a solicitor in the Banking & Finance team of a leading international law firm in Australia, where he focused on leveraged and acquisition finance.

Mr. Silverwood is the author of “Mandatory arbitration of internal trust disputes: a critical perspective,” Trusts & Trustees (June 2019).
