Shannon Pennoyer is a corporate law clerk and a member of the Investment Management Group.

Ms. Pennoyer joined Debevoise in 2024. Ms. Pennoyer received a J.D. magna cum laude from New York University School of Law in 2024, where she was a member of the Order of the Coif, an executive editor of the New York University Law Review, and an Institute for International Law and Justice Joyce Lowinson Scholar. She received a B.A. summa cum laude from Northeastern University in 2017.
