Debevoise & Plimpton has advised DAZN Group (“DAZN”), the world’s leading sports entertainment platform, in merger control and foreign investment aspects of its $2.2 billion acquisition of Foxtel Group (“Foxtel”). Foxtel, an Australian subscription television provider, will continue to operate as a standalone business.
