Debevoise & Plimpton LLP is advising British Columbia Investment Management Corporation (BCI) as part of an investor group, including Ethos Capital and White Mountains Insurance Group, Ltd., in its ownership position in BroadStreet. Under the terms of the agreement, Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan will maintain a significant co-control stake of BroadStreet and operate in partnership with the Ethos-led investor group.
