Debevoise & Plimpton LLP partner Eric Juergens has been named to the 2025 class of David Rockefeller Fellows by the Partnership for New York City, joining a distinguished cohort of 30 executives from diverse industries. Since its inception in 1989 the year-long program has engaged nearly 600 executives by connecting business leaders with elected officials to foster a deeper understanding of New York City governance and preparing them for civic leadership.
Mr. Juergens is a corporate partner and a member of the firm’s Capital Markets, Public Company Advisory, Insurance and Private Equity Groups. His practice focuses on securities laws, representations of issuers and financial intermediaries in capital markets transactions, and providing public companies with advice on corporate governance matters and compliance with SEC and stock exchange rules and regulations.
