Debevoise & Plimpton LLP has won the M&A Deal of the Year category at the InsuranceAsia News Awards for Excellence 2024.

The awards celebrate the best firms in the Asia Pacific (re)insurance market, and are designed to recognize the best in the industry for their pioneering efforts, innovation and commitment.

The Debevoise team won the M&A Deal of the Year category for its work with AIA Group in its acquisition of New Medical Centre Holdings in Hong Kong.
