Debevoise & Plimpton LLP has provided antitrust and foreign investment advice to Clayton, Dubilier & Rice (“CD&R”) in its role as part of a consortium acquiring a 66.7% stake in Exclusive Networks, a Paris-based global cybersecurity specialist.
