Debevoise & Plimpton LLP partner Samantha Rowe has been appointed by the British Institute of International and Comparative Law (“BIICL”) to its Public International Law Advisory Panel.
The panel is comprised of prominent academics, practitioners and government officials, and plays a key role in guiding BIICL’s Center for International Law (“CIL”). The CIL responds to some of the most pressing regional and global challenges to international law by conducting independent research and bringing to the fore the role of international law in addressing the current needs of society. It also convenes expert discussions and training to further advance the development of international law.

Ms. Rowe is a partner in Debevoise’s London office. Her practice focuses on international arbitration and public international law. Ms. Rowe has represented private clients and States across multiple jurisdictions in arbitrations governed by various substantive laws, as well as on a broad range of international law issues and associated disputes.
