WASHINGTON, D.C. – Debevoise & Plimpton LLP announced today that Patrick Fuller has joined the firm’s Washington, D.C. office as counsel in the Banking Group. Mr. Fuller will advise the group’s U.S. and international bank clients, as well as other financial institutions and fintech clients, on matters arising out of transactions, compliance programs and regulatory approvals, examinations, investigations and enforcement actions.
Mr. Fuller brings to the firm more than two decades of experience related to financial institutions’ business structure activities, mergers and acquisitions, charters, government approvals, enforcement actions and regulatory examinations.

Mr. Fuller previously worked in the Financial Institutions Group of another international law firm. He received his B.A from the University of Washington in 1996 and his J.D. from George Washington University Law School in 2005.
