Debevoise & Plimpton LLP has advised Perenco in an approximately $250 million investment in Golar LNG Limited (NASDAQ: GLNG) by its investment affiliate Naria Inc.

Golar LNG designs, owns and operates marine infrastructure for the liquification of natural gas and the regasification, storage and offloading of liquified natural gas through its floating LNG production processing and storage vessel designs.
