Debevoise & Plimpton LLP is advising Julian Dunkerton, CEO and Co-Founder of Superdry plc, in the restructuring of the company, delisting from the London Stock Exchange, and subscription for newly-issued shares taking his shareholding to more than 75% of the company’s shares.

Superdry plc, founded in 2003, is a British clothing company and owner of the Superdry label.
