Debevoise & Plimpton LLP partner Patricia Volhard has again been named by Private Equity News to its “Twenty Most Influential Private Equity Lawyers” list.

The list celebrates the leading legal minds working on fundraising, structuring and deals within the buyout industry in Europe.

It’s the second year in a row that Ms. Volhard has been named to the list, with the title stating that she “works with some of the biggest names in the buyout industry”.

Patricia Volhard is Managing Partner for the firm in Paris and Frankfurt, and also spends substantial time in the London office as head of the firm’s European Funds Regulatory practice. Her practice focuses on advising private funds and fund managers on structuring and setting up funds for a European investor base, as well as advising on European financial regulatory aspects for fund managers and corporates, including on SFDR, CSRD, CSDDD and other ESG-related regulation.
