Debevoise & Plimpton LLP is advising Perenco in a €10 million investment by its investment and asset management arm Taranis Investment Limited (“Taranis”), in cleantech company Pryme N.V. (“Pryme”).

The investment is being made through the Taranis Carbon Ventures Fund.

Pryme is a cleantech company focused on converting plastic waste into valuable products through a fully electrical pyrolysis technology on an industrial scale.
