Debevoise & Plimpton LLP is advising Baring Vostok ("BV") in a complex transaction relating to BV’s divestment of its Russian assets, including its stakes in Ozon Holdings PLC, Russia's leading e-commerce platform. The transaction was announced by BV in late 2022 and was further cleared by the Russian Governmental Commission in December 2023 and the Russian President in February 2024.
