Debevoise & Plimpton LLP has advised Zhongzhi Enterprise Group (“ZEG”) in the sale of a controlling stake in Aqseptence Group (“Aqseptence”) to funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management.
Aqseptence is an international equipment and solutions provider focused on water treatment and liquid/solid separation.
