Envoy Solutions is a distributor of JanSan products, foodservice disposables, and industrial packaging solutions and a subsidiary of Fomento Económico Mexicano, S.A.B. de C.V. (“FEMSA”). FEMSA will maintain a significant minority share in the combined business after the merger.
