Debevoise & Plimpton LLP partner Patricia Volhard has been named by Financial News in its “Fifty Most Influential Lawyers” list.

The list celebrates the leading legal minds in Europe working on corporate deals including M&A, restructuring and equity issuances, as well as those advising financial services companies on issues such as fund structuring and regulation.

In naming Ms. Volhard to the list, Financial News describes her as “as one of Europe’s leading private funds and funds regulatory lawyers”.

This is the second time Ms. Volhard has been named to the Financial News list. She was also named by Private Equity News in its “Twenty Most Influential Private Equity Lawyers” list earlier this year.

Ms. Volhard is a partner in Debevoise’s Frankfurt, Paris and London offices, advising private funds, including on the full range of European regulatory issues, and structuring funds for EU insurance companies and pension funds. She is consistently recognised by the major legal directories as a leader in her field.
